🤖 Teachable AI

This robot starts out knowing nothing. It learns only from the examples you give it. Teach it, then ask it questions!

🧠 How does the robot think? (click me)

The robot can't read words like we do, so it turns every sentence into a list of numbers called an embedding. The clever part: sentences that mean the same thing get similar numbers — even if the words are different. So "2 times 2" and "two multiplied by two" end up almost the same.

To answer your question, the robot compares it to everything you taught it and picks the closest match in meaning. The match strength is the confidence score. If nothing you taught is close, it still guesses — but with low confidence, so you can catch it being confidently wrong!

There's no hidden knowledge and no internet lookup. The robot only knows what you teach it — mistakes included. 🙂

Spark is a kid-safe AI assistant built for curious minds in grades K–8. Ask about how AI works, get help with science, spark creative ideas, or pick up smart learning tips.

💡 A different kind of AI! The Teachable AI tab learns only what you teach it and runs offline in your browser. Spark is a cloud AI (Google Gemini) that already learned from huge amounts of text — so it needs an internet connection to think.
    Spark is online

Spark is an AI and can make mistakes. Always double-check important facts, and never share personal information like your full name, address, or school.
